School Certifying Official Corner


Good morning!

As we prepare to enter the Summer 2025 semester, I ask that you keep the following thoughts in mind:

  • Certification of benefit usage: every semester you desire to receive your VA education benefits, you must certify your hours through our office.  The certification process is a multi-step process and all steps must be completed.  First, click the link titled “Frevvo Application” Certify My Benefits • Office of Military and Veteran Student Success • UCF to bring up a page that will ask for basic information.  After you complete that, you MUST log into your UCF.EDU email address to find the link for the certification form.
  • If you add or drop any classes during the semester, you must notify the MSVC office by submitting an updated certification form.  Failing to do so may result in an indebtedness being created to the Department of Veteran Affairs for improperly paid benefits.
  • The certification period begins on 14 April 2025.
